Accepted Methods of Payment

Paying for products that have been purchased on our website can be paid for by anyone of the following methods:

  • Visa
  • Visa Delta
  • Visa Electron
  • Maestro/Switch/Solo
  • Mastercard

Please note that we do not accept American Express cards.  It is also worth mentioning that if you are ordering from outside of the UK your credit card company may charge a currency conversion fee.

PayPal – welcome PayPal payments and there is no fee payable if you do decide to pay via PayPal.  Please that when ordering items that are Out-of-Stock, full payment is taken at the time of ordering.  Cancelling or amending your order can be done using the order update form.

Offline Payments (Paying after ordering online).

If you do not wish to pay on-line then you will need to complete the on-line order form and further instructions will be presented.

The following methods of payment are accepted:

Postal Order If you are paying via postal order please make them payable to E3 Enterprises Ltd and put your order number on the back.  You will need to send your postal order to the following address:

Paying by postal order can take up to 10 working days to clear in full after which time we will continue to process your order and despatch your goods.

Direct Bank Deposit This can be arranged at any brand of Santander Bank with the following details:

  • Account Number:
  • Sort Code
  • IBAN
  • Swift

You can also use the same details above to pay for your order via Bank Transfer. 

Any orders place or information given by those aged under 18 must have the consent of the parent or carer.  The card number must be available to give information in case where an under 18 is ordering.


Buying Products on Our Website

 


Cancelling

You can cancel your order and as such your contract with E3 Mobile within 14 working days of delivery (starting the day after the receipt of goods), as per  the guidance set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If you wish to cancel you should inform E3 Mobile in writing, either by post or by using the order update form.

In the event that your order is already in transit or you have already taken receipt of it, then to cancel this contract you must complete the E3 Mobile Online Returns Form and return the unwanted items together with the reference number provided.  The items are subject to our Returns Policy as detailed below.

Manufacturers Warranty

After 30 days, returned fault items will be processed according to the manufacturers warranty and we will send those items onto the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Promotional Codes

Promotional or rebate codes are only valid online and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Promotional codes do have a monetary value of 0.001p and is not transferable or assignable.

  • You authorise us to use, store or otherwise process any personal information which relates to and helps us identify you, include but not limited to your name, email address, telephone number and address, to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfil your order, market/communicate
  • products and services and deal with any subsequent enquiries relating to the same whether by us, our partners, successors (including the purchaser of the whole or part of ur business), associates or sub-contractors (together our ‘Partner Companies’).  If you wish to review any part of the personal information that is held by E3 Mobile then click submit a request form.
    If you obtain or purchase any products from us we may collect information relating to your buying behaviour and if you send us any kind of correspondence such as e-mails or letters then we may collect this information and this information will be stored into a file specific to you and herein called ‘Personal Information.
  • By clicking the ‘Place order button’ you are agreeing to join our email newsletter list.  Information you enter into our bookings may also be collected and stored briefly by us so that we may contact you in relation to the nature of your enquiry.

Fraud

E3 Mobile will not tolerate fraud of any kind.  Any attempts to acquire products by fraudulent means will be reported to the appropriate authorities.  Please note that we log all IP addresses at the time of placing an order online.


 

Age

Any orders placed by those under the age of 18 must be done with the parent or carers consent.  Any information given by the child to E3 Mobile must be with the parent or carers consent.  The parent or carer must be available to give information in case where the order is placed by someone under the age of 18.
